How does our central lubrication system work?

To lubricate the valves, the inner valve cover and the valve cap screw are loosened and oil is poured into both holes. When the cap screw is screwed back in, compression is created which presses the lubricant into a closed lubricant channel. This means that the running surface of the valve is lubricated without having to remove the bearing cover from the valve body or attempt to get the oil there through the cables. The oil is then distributed in the casing through the valve rotation.

This system allows dried-out valves to be made operational again quickly.

We can upgrade almost any conventional rotary valve to the Central lubrication system.
